Our company is currently recruiting an experienced Housekeeping Director for a Skilled Nursing facility in Englishtown, NJ. Housekeeping Director position is responsible for managing and overseeing the housekeeping and laundry services to ensure facility standards. Housekeeping Director Key Duties • Develop and manage housekeeping and laundry programs, policies, schedules, and Dept. Of Health survey process, • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards., • Manage and train housekeeping staff in cleaning protocols and safety procedures., • Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment., • Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting related to housekeeping operations., • Perform other job-related duties as they become required. Housekeeping Director Qualifications • Minimum 2-3 years of Environmental Services experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities, hospital, or healthcare required., • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)., • Knowledge of infection control standards and regulatory requirements for Skilled Nursing Facilities.
