Job Description Job Summary: The Information Technology Intern will support daily IT operations and projects, including SharePoint development, Microsoft Teams and file organization, ERP project coordination, and IT process documentation. This role offers hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools and enterprise IT initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a professional business environment. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Information Technology while working in a professional business environment. Major Responsibilities/Activities: • SharePoint Development: Build and structure a SharePoint site for the North America business unit, including content architecture and access controls., • Teams & Folder Organization: Set up and maintain Microsoft Teams rooms and design a logical folder structure for IT operations and documentation., • ERP Project Coordination: Assist in organizing and tracking ERP project milestones, documentation, and stakeholder communications., • IT Demand Process: Help define and document an IT demand intake and prioritization process, including templates and workflows., • Documentation & Reporting: Create clear documentation for systems, processes, and project updates., • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure alignment, • Any additional task assigned Minimum Requirements: • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field., • Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Outlook)., • Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with SharePoint development or site structuring., • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerAutomate and Copilot., • Interest in enterprise IT strategy, project coordination, or ERP systems., • Prior experience documenting processes or creating reports. Essential Mental/Physical Functions: • Ability to focus on detailed tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively., • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities., • Clear written and verbal communication skills to document and share information., • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams., • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
