Position Overview: The Integrated Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the full-funnel planning, execution, and orchestration of unified 360° marketing campaigns across digital, retail, wholesale, and media channels. This role owns how campaigns come to life across touchpoints, ensuring cohesive delivery, strong cross-channel alignment, and measurable impact with both brand and performance metrics. This role is highly cross-functional and requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is a natural dot connector, proactive contributor, and strong collaborator, and is highly detail-oriented, organized, and values attention to detail. Responsibilities Campaign Management & Orchestration • Own end-to-end seasonal/initiative planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, • Translate campaign strategy into clear, actionable rollout plans, • Define channel roles, timing, and messaging across the funnel, • Drive campaign workstreams and ensure cross-functional alignment, with both internal and external stakeholders, • Oversee and contribute to execution across:, • Paid social and digital advertising (e.g. Meta, TikTok), • Paid search, • CRM and lifecycle marketing, • Affiliate network marketing, • Traditional and non-traditional media (e.g. OOH, digital media partnerships), • Partner with internal teams and agency stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed effectively, • Support marketing execution across key retail and wholesale partners (e.g. Macy's, Nordstrom), • Align brand campaigns with strategic partner opportunities and retail calendars, both domestically and internationally, • Own campaign performance across:, • Brand metrics (reach, awareness, engagement), • Performance metrics (traffic, conversion, revenue, ROAS), • Analyze results along with key stakeholders and identify optimization opportunities, • Develop and own creative briefs across various needs and channels, including paid creator and influencer briefs, • Map content needs and deliverables that service full funnel approaches, • Serve as the central connector for all things brand and performance, • Drive alignment and ensure seamless execution across all campaign components Reporting Structure Reports to the Vice President of Integrated Marketing Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital/ecommerce, media, communications or other related field., • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a marketing role., • Strong project management and problem solving skills and understanding of how to manage priorities of multiple partners and initiatives in a complex environment., • Understanding of full funnel marketing strategies and associated tactics across a multi-channel ecosystem., • Ability to define measurement objectives and analyze performance results of marketing campaigns to help inform future planning., • Experience in digital marketing, platform marketing, advertising and media., • Must possess strong communication and written skills., • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to market towards it., • Proficient in Microsoft and/or Mac Office applications., • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment., • Ability to effectively work cross-functionally. Compensation Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000, commensurate with experience. Bonus: 7% annual target.
