Job Description Our client is looking for a Dispatch Operations Manager to oversee their scheduling functions and coordinate field technicians throughout the service territory. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth routing, timely communication, and effective resource allocation across regional operations. The right candidate will demonstrate proven leadership abilities, hands-on experience in dispatch environments, and familiarity with the oil and gas industry. Key Responsibilities • Partner with operations, sales, and customer service departments to prioritize assignments based on contract requirements and client expectations, • Coordinate on-call schedules and manage after-hours dispatch responsibilities, • Act as the main point of contact for resolving scheduling disputes, client issues, and time-sensitive service needs, • Review dispatch performance data and KPIs to uncover process enhancement opportunities, • Supervise, coach, and grow a dispatch team accountable for technician scheduling and route planning, • Uphold adherence to organizational safety standards and regulatory requirements, • Monitor work order status and technician capacity through workforce management and dispatch platforms, • Support recruitment efforts, conduct performance reviews, and handle disciplinary matters for dispatch personnel, • Manage routine maintenance calls, project assignments, and emergency requests while maximizing route efficiency and turnaround times, • Dedication to customer satisfaction with a service-first approach, • Proficiency with scheduling software, documentation systems, and communication platforms, • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing team members, • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, • Capacity to juggle competing demands in a dynamic, high-volume setting, • Solid organizational capabilities and analytical thinking, • Effective leadership and interpersonal skills with aptitude for motivating and mentoring staff Preferred Qualifications • Prior supervisory or management experience, • Knowledge of client KPIs and service delivery benchmarks, • Experience in service operations, facilities management, utilities, logistics, or technical field settings, • Salary Range: $70,000 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience, • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, • Paid time off (PTO) Equal Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination Policy Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: Both Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
