    A growth-focused technology company operating at the intersection of AI and enterprise solutions is looking for a Tier 1 IT Support & Office Manager. This role will function as the U.S.-based extension of the IT Department, working under the direction of the IT Manager located in Argentina. The primary responsibility is hands-on technical support. This individual will serve as the on-the-ground resource for hardware setup, asset management, and Tier 1 support tickets across U.S. personnel. When IT workload permits, the role will also provide general office administrative support for the Denver location. Key Responsibilities Tier 1 IT Support (Primary Responsibility) • Provide Tier 1 technical support for U.S.-based employees, • Set up, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, and peripherals, • Procure IT equipment under direction of IT leadership, • Image and prepare new hire machines, • Track, document, and manage U.S. IT assets, • Recover and redeploy IT equipment from terminating employees, • Manage and resolve assigned support tickets, • Coordinate with the IT Manager in Argentina for escalations and system updates, • Maintain inventory records and hardware lifecycle documentation, • Provide on-site troubleshooting support in the Denver office as needed Office Management (Secondary Responsibility) • Support general administrative needs of the Denver office, • Coordinate with building management and vendors when required, • Assist with office supply management, • Support onboarding logistics for U.S.-based hires, • Maintain an organized and functional office environment Qualifications • 2–5+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles, • Experience with hardware setup, imaging, and troubleshooting, • Familiarity with asset management and ticketing systems, • Strong organizational and documentation skills, • Ability to work independently while reporting to remote IT leadership, • Professional communication skills, • Physically able to lift and move computer equipment as needed, • Denver-based and able to work onsite regularly Work Structure This is an on-site role based in Denver, Colorado. Work schedule may be structured as full-time or part-time depending on operational needs

Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education, and diagnostic evaluation processes. Proficiency in data collection methods and medical documentation practices. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient care protocols, HIPAA regulations, and medical records management. Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience conducting intake assessments and patient evaluations within a behavioral health or educational setting is preferred.
