Job Description Our long-tenured client, a leader in the NJ industrial real estate space, is searching for a Project Manager to join their team Responsibilities include: • Managing multiple construction projects., • Participating in design-build project planning, programming and development., • Overseeing project design team., • Management of design-build construction., • Managing construction and closeouts on assigned projects., • Preparing conceptual and detailed estimates., • Preparing change orders for subcontractors and clients., • Managing submittal process., • Monitoring, reviewing, and controlling project costs., • Participate in obtaining municipality approvals., • Managing supervisory and engineering personnel, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve construction challenges and improve construction methods., • Compliance with all required regulations.YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have/are:, • 5-15 years construction experience on industrial commercial buildings including project management, construction, civil engineering, including construction inspection work and supervision of construction projects., • A team player with a “can do” attitude., • Ability to establish/maintain professional atmosphere., • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.Our client offers:, • Base salary between $100,000 to $150,000 per year, • Bonus Eligibility, • Benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, FSA/HSA Plans, Life Insurance, AD&D, and Short-Term Disability., • 401(k) including employer match, Pension, and Profit-Sharing components.
