    Counter Service is hiring Crew Members, Kitchen Leads and Restaurant Leads! Position Title: Cloud Kitchen Crew Member Compensation: $17 – $19 per hour (based on experience) Expected Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble sandwiches and food items, operate makeline stations, bag and label delivery orders, verify order accuracy, maintain clean workstations, and support food safety and sanitation practices. Cloud Kitchen Crew Member Experience: Minimum 1 year of food service experience required. Skills: Food preparation, teamwork, attention to detail, communication, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Culture Fit: Dependable, efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in high-volume kitchens. Position Title: Cloud Kitchen Lead Compensation: $22 – $24 per hour (based on experience) Expected Hours: 35 – 40 hours per week Responsibilities: Lead kitchen operations during assigned shifts, oversee production flow and delivery order fulfillment, support opening and closing procedures, monitor food quality and consistency, train team members, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Cloud Kitchen Lead Experience: 1–2 years of experience in restaurants, commissary kitchens, or high-volume production environments. Supervisory experience required. Skills: Leadership, organization, communication, time management, and ability to manage high-volume production environments. Culture Fit: Hands-on leader, efficient, reliable, and comfortable working in fast-paced kitchens. Position Title: Restaurant Lead (Full-Service Restaurant) Compensation: $22 – $25 per hour (based on experience) Expected Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week Responsibilities: Manage restaurant operations during assigned shifts, oversee opening and closing procedures, troubleshoot customer concerns, maintain service flow, monitor food quality and presentation, conduct line checks, train team members, and support restaurant management with team coordination and operations. Experience: 1–2 years of restaurant or food service experience required. Shift lead or supervisory experience required. Skills: Leadership, communication, organization, ability to multitask, and ability to remain calm under pressure. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar food preparation role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant, catering, or commissary setting., • A valid NYC Food Handler's Certificate is required., • Strong understanding of culinary techniques and food safety best practices., • Experience with high-volume prep, catering production, or commissary workflows is a plus., • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail., • Excellent teamwork and communication skills., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
