PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: • Able to walk long distances 50% of the workday., • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs., • Must be able to push a wheelchair occupied by a resident weighing up to 200 lbs., • Good visual and hearing acuity required., • May be exposed to communicable diseases, as well as blood and body fluids that may contain HIV and/or HBV., • May be exposed to cleaning chemicals and offensive odors.
