Position Overview The HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, enhancing employee experience, and advancing company culture. This individual will partner closely with HR leadership and department managers to ensure smooth processes, accurate recordkeeping, and a cohesive, engaging workplace environment. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping build and sustain a strong culture while supporting the broader business strategy. Location: Lakewood, NJ Department: Human Resources Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 USD/Annually Travel: Up to 10% within the U.S. Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Support • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and employee support., • Manage and maintain HRIS data, employee records, and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy., • Assist in onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience., • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, onboarding packets, and policy acknowledgments.Culture & Employee Engagement, • Support initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative company culture., • Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events., • Partner with HR leadership to help shape culture-building strategies that align with business goals.Recruiting & Talent Support, • Help coordinate full-cycle recruitment tasks including job postings, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communication., • Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience that reflects the company’s standards.Employee Relations Administration, • Assist in documenting employee relations matters and ensuring appropriate follow-up., • Help track, log, and maintain employee disciplinary records and performance documentation.HR Systems, Technology & Reporting, • Leverage HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms to support data accuracy and system improvements., • Generate HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support business decisions., • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency through process improvement and technology utilization.Compliance & Policy Support, • Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and industry regulations., • Ensure required documentation, certifications, and training records remain current., • Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.HR Projects & Process Improvement, • Assist with HR initiatives such as performance cycles, benefits administration support, audits, culture programs, and system enhancements., • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying better ways to streamline HR workflows.QualificationsEducation Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
