Job DescriptionPosition Overview Gameday Men’s Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to serve as a Patient Coordinator in our fast-growing men’s health clinic. This role is patient-facing and conversion-driven. The LVN Patient Coordinator is responsible for guiding patients through their consultation journey, coordinating care plans, supporting the clinical team, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from first contact through ongoing treatment.This is not a traditional bedside nursing role. This position blends clinical knowledge, patient education, and customer service in a high-performance outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities Patient Experience & Coordination • Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth, • Guide patients through consultation flow, • Review intake forms for completeness and accuracy, • Educate patients on services, treatment options, and membership programs (within scope), • Coordinate follow-up appointments and treatment plans, • Ensure all documentation is accurate in EMR Clinical Support (Under Provider Supervision) • Room patients and obtain vitals, • Prepare patients for provider evaluation, • Administer injections as permitted under California LVN scope and provider supervision, • Perform basic lab draws if certified and delegated appropriately, • Maintain exam room readiness and supply organization Conversion & Retention • Reinforce provider recommendations, • Help patients understand benefits of ongoing care, • Address patient questions with confidence and professionalism, • Support membership retention and follow-up scheduling, • Maintain strong communication with Clinic Director and General Manager regarding patient flow and metrics Administrative & Compliance • Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times, • Ensure accurate timekeeping and documentation, • Follow all clinic SOPs and California regulatory standards, • Assist in maintaining inventory and supply levels, • Support front and back office operations as needed Qualifications • Active California LVN license (required), • 1+ year clinical experience preferred, • Outpatient or wellness clinic experience preferred, • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, • Professional appearance and demeanor, • Comfortable discussing treatment plans and membership programs, • Experience with EMR systems preferred, • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What Makes You a Great Fit • You are confident but not pushy, • You communicate clearly and professionally, • You thrive in structured systems, • You are punctual and reliable, • You understand that patient experience drives clinic success, • You are comfortable being measured on performance metrics Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly rate (based on experience), • Performance-based bonus opportunities, • Paid sick leave per California law, • Paid training, • Growth opportunities within a growing franchise organizationAbout Gameday Men’s Health Gameday Men’s Health is a leading provider of men’s wellness services including testosterone replacement therapy, weight management, and performance optimization.
