Job Description LEASING AGENT Leasing agent position will be at an apartment communities in Fresno, CA and/or Clovis, CA area, where assigned to work for a locally based management company that manages medium-high to high-end luxury apartment homes. Leasing agent position will require roaming between various apartment communities in Fresno, CA and Clovis, CA, as needed. COMPENSATION: • $21.00- $22.00 per hour*, depending on experience ( * $18.00-$19.00 per hour base rate, plus commissions) (3), • Commissions, paid bi-weekly., • Benefits:, • Health Insurance (1), • Medical, • Dental, • Vision, • Vacation Pay, • Sick Pay, • Retirement Plan Savings:, • 401(k) Elective Deferrals;, • 401(k) Employer Matching, • Basic Term Life / AD&D Employee coverage, • Leasing; including generating new leads by phone or email, making appointments, conducting tours, and following up with prospective residents., • Processing applications, preparing lease agreements and other move-in paperwork, • Explain Agreements, rules and documents with new Resident(s) at Move-in., • Collect, process and deposit rent payments, • Serve all appropriate notices, • Generate various reports, • Provide excellent and attentive customer service to existing residents., • Resolve resident complaints in a timely, efficient and courteous manner., • Operate company vehicles, including use of golf carts while performing the work/traversing the property, and/or traveling between job locations. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: • Apartment / Multi-Family Housing - Management/Leasing or Equivalent Experience : at least 2 years preferred, • High School Diploma or Equivalent, • Sales and Customer Service skills, • Knowledge of and experienced in Office Skills., • Must be proficient with use of Computers, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.); use of Email / Calendar and property management software/applications:, • Yardi Voyager Property Management Software experience preferred, but not required, or comparable property management system;, • Integrated use of RentCafe, Site Manager; screening; RentMax is preferred, but not required., • Flexibility to work weekend and weekday hours between 8am-6pm, • Must have transportation and/or alternate modes of transportation to travel between job locations, when assigned to work at multiple locations during the work day / work week., • Applicants must be able to pass a post job offer, pre-employment drug test for controlled substances as a condition of employment., • The Company will conduct a background check after a conditional offer of employment has been made., • The Company will consider qualified applicants in a manner consistent with all applicable law.
