Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, hospitality-driven Client Advisor to join our Nashville team. This role blends luxury retail sales, four star service, and deep product knowledge. The ideal candidate thrives in boutique environments, builds genuine long-term relationships, and approaches retail with an entrepreneurial, “sky’s the limit” mindset. You will undergo a detailed education process to learn our garments from design to production, including how to fit clients in both ready-to-wear and custom pieces. Growing, nurturing, and expanding our client base will be a central measure of success. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Concierge Services • Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality., • Offer personalized store tours, product education, and support for special requests., • Manage client inquiries, special orders, custom orders, delivery logistics, and after-sales care to support long-term value and retention., • Maintain detailed client records, manage databases, and ensure consistent follow-up and VIP outreach (invitations to events, product drops, custom offerings, etc.)., • Acquire new clients through online leads, referrals, social networks, community engagement, and personal outreach., • Support e-commerce fulfillment and ensure seamless in-store and online inventory management - shipping and receiving., • Learn the Savas principles of design, materials, fit, craftsmanship, and production., • Handle stylist requests for VIP talent. 2. Retail Sales & Brand Representation • Drive revenue through elevated service, product expertise, and natural hospitality., • Achieve personal sales goals while contributing to strong overall store performance., • Cultivate relationships inside and outside the showroom to grow brand visibility and community loyalty., • Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards and uphold brand presentation at all times., • Process transactions, exchanges, and returns with accuracy and attention to detail., • Handle e-commerce and private-sale packaging, shipping, and logistics., • Advise clients on product availability, new arrivals, and upcoming drops. Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in luxury retail or high-end hospitality preferred., • Proven track record in sales, clienteling, or customer loyalty building., • Strong sense of personal style; enthusiasm for fashion, tailoring, and craftsmanship., • Warm, personable, and authentic communicator with strong emotional intelligence., • Entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, solutions-oriented, and self-motivated., • High attention to detail and ability to deliver flawless customer experiences., • Proficient in POS systems (Shopify preferred), Google and Microsoft Office Suite., • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative, “all hands on deck” environment., • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays., • Enjoys hosting, entertaining, and building a community around the brand., • A love for music, leather jackets, and international creative culture., • Fluency in English is required; a second language is a strong advantage., • Tailored clothing or fitting experience is beneficial but not required.
