Monitor broader industry conditions that may impact pricing and availability and provide management with clear estimate summaries and bid analyses to support overall bid strategy., • Mindfulness and Detail Orientation: Review estimates for accuracy, completeness, and constructability, ensuring scopes are fully captured and documented, and maintain organized records of estimates, assumptions, and revisions throughout the preconstruction process., • 7 years experience as an Estimator in the construction industry., • Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods, materials, and jobsite safety requirements., • Proficiency in construction management software such as MS Project, Procore, Prolog, or Primavera., • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills., • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications., • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating costs., • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal., • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
