Job Description Chaminade College Preparatory is seeking a MAINTENANCE TECHNCIAIN I to perform general maintenance work related to installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facilities and equipment in accordance with safety and predictive and preventative maintenance systems and processes. This is a full-time general maintenance position. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Estimator for our Industrial division will provide and/or coordinate mechanical estimating services necessary to procure Industrial and Pipe Fabrication projects. Critical to this role is a focus on accuracy, thoroughness, and profitability. This position is responsible for cultivating relationships with the Estimating Departments within our targeted community of General Contractors. The ideal candidate will have mechanical estimating experience in the Industrial Markets, such as power plant, manufacturing, refinery, pipe fabrication, water/wastewater treatment or similar industrial industries.
