    Apparel Production Manager Ealytex Global Inc. is an apparel manufacturing and importing company. We are looking for an Apparel Production Manager to join our fast-growing business. Responsibilities: Apparel Production Manager will have the following responsibilities: Product Development · Able to analyze fashion trend and recommend fabric collections to customers · Forsee potential quality issues during development stage to avoid production issues. Costing · Manage seasonable cost sheets, seeking ways to hit target from customers while maintaining our marginal goal. · Partner with customers and our internal team for cost saving options · Analyze costing data and maintaining costing histories and continue to look for strategies to improve the margin Production Management · Responsible for full apparel production process from product development to production and ensure delivery on track. · Monitor WIP, identify risks, communicate with oversea office and customers to resolve the potential issue. · Follow up factory compliance status with factories and customers. · Maintain accurate production records, order information, and production tracking reports. Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $75,000-$95,000 a year Education: · Bachelor's degree (preferably in Apparel) Experience: · 5-10 years of work experience in apparel production or garment industry is a must. · Have proficient knowledge in garment construction, knit / woven fabric contents and construction. · Have experience in managing product development/costing/vendor negotiations. · Have strong analytic skills and organization with excellent attention to details · Manage customer accounts independently.     Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Kitchen & Bath Office Assistant to support our designer with the day-to-day preparation and coordination of kitchen and bath projects. This is primarily a behind-the-scenes support position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with numbers, measurements, pricing, documents, and computer systems. You will help prepare cabinet pricing, estimates, invoices, schedules, and project information while also handling basic incoming client calls and messages. Kitchen and bath experience is a plus, but training will be provided to the right candidate. Responsibilities • Read and understand basic kitchen layouts showing base and wall cabinets, • Price cabinets from multiple cabinet lines based on layouts and specifications, • Assist with calculating countertop square footage, • Prepare estimates and invoices, • Double-check pricing, measurements, and project information for accuracy, • Answer incoming phone calls professionally, • Take basic client information and the reason for their call so the designer can follow up, • Send and respond to emails as needed, • Manage daily schedules and appointments using Google Calendar, • Create, update, and organize documents using Google Docs, • Maintain organized project files and paperwork, • File documents and keep project information up to date, • Assist with communication and follow-ups with cabinet companies and vendors when needed, • Help keep the showroom and office organized, • Provide general administrative support to the designer This position does not require providing design advice or detailed project information to clients. The primary role is to support the designer and help keep projects organized and moving efficiently.
