The nurse will manage critically ill neonates, provide ventilator support, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Previous travel experience required. • Provide nursing care for neonates <24–28 weeks, 29–34 weeks, and >34 weeks., • Manage ventilators: AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BiPAP/PEEP and other respiratory support devices., • Perform IV therapy, central line care, and arterial line management., • Care for patients with Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome, respiratory distress/failure, sepsis, hypoglycemia, hyperbilirubinemia, and other neonatal conditions., • Support feeding and gastrointestinal care, including bottle, breast, and gavage feedings., • Perform retinopathy of prematurity exams as needed., • Administer medications, including IV vasopressors and emergency medications., • Maintain accurate patient documentation in Epic., • Experience: Minimum 2 years NICU experience.
