Qualifications & Requirements • 2–5 years of construction estimating experience, preferably with commercial or ground-up projects., • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field., • Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, Autodesk, or similar estimating software., • Strong written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively., • Site visits or walkthroughs as required to gather information for accurate estimates., • Developed interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills essential.
