The Senior Operations Manager oversees all aspects of daily operations across Pick & Cheese, The Bodega, and Pour My Beer, ensuring each concept delivers exceptional guest experiences and meets operational, financial, and service standards. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on leadership — driving excellence through people, systems, and execution. The ideal candidate is an organized, hospitality-focused leader with strong business acumen, a deep understanding of multi-outlet operations, and a passion for culinary and beverage programs. This role includes two weeks of onboarding and training in London, with housing and transportation provided. WHAT YOU’LL DO Operational Leadership • Oversee daily operations for Pick & Cheese, The Bodega, and Pour My Beer., • Lead outlet teams to maintain consistency, efficiency, and excellence in service and product delivery., • Partner with kitchen and front-of-house managers to ensure smooth daily execution and guest satisfaction., • Monitor quality, cleanliness, and brand presentation across all outlets., • Manage outlet-level budgets, cost controls, and profitability targets., • Oversee purchasing, inventory, and COGS for The Bodega and Pour My Beer., • Track sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve margins., • Lead and mentor outlet leaders, fostering accountability, growth, and collaboration., • Train team members on brand standards, hospitality practices, and operational systems., • Maintain open collaborative communication between outlets and Shaver Food Hall leadership., • Ensure each outlet reflects the distinct brand personality while maintaining the Shaver Food Hall standard of hospitality., • Engage regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns., • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to support activations, promotions, and seasonal programming., • 5+ years of management experience in multi-outlet or hospitality group settings., • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage multiple teams and concepts simultaneously., • Solid understanding of food, beverages, and retail operations., • Experience with inventory systems, POS management, and budget control., • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills., • Adaptable, hands-on, and calm under pressure., • Obtain valid Manager Serv Safe Certification APPLY TODAY!
