Job Description CRAFT USA JOB DESCRIPTION Position: FCL Regional Sales Specialist – Northeast Location: New Jersey / Northeast Region Reporting To: Esteban Castañeda Employment Type: Fulltime Position Overview: The FCL Regional Sales Specialist – Northeast is responsible for driving sales groth and expanding market share for Full Container Load (FCL) shipping services within the Northeast region. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Key Areas of Responsibility (Include but not limited to): • Identify, target, and acquire new clients for FCL services within the Northeast region., • Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers., • Develope and strengthen relationships with existing cleints to maximize revenue opportunities., • Conduct in person client meetings, peresentations, and negotiations to secure new business., • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business growth strategies. ., • Collaborate with operations, pricing and customer service teams to ensure service excellence and successful shipment execution., • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and service solutions tailored to client needs., • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements in alignment with company objectives., • Monitor performance against sales targets and provide regular udpates to management., • Participate in industry events, networking opportunities, and client visits to generate leads., • Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and global shipping trends. Qualifications and Skills: • Minimum 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics sales, with a focus on FCL., • Strong understanding of container shipping, port operations, and global trade regulations., • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills., • Strong analytical, problem solving, and stratigic planning skills., • Sales oriented and result driven minset., • Customer focused with strong relationship building abilities., • Proactive, self motivated, and able to work independently., • Ability to travel regularly for client meetings and business development., • Experience with CRM systems., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Education Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field preferred. Work Conditions: • Role requires regular traveling within the Northeast region for in person cleint meetings and business development activities., • Combination of remote work and field based cleint engagement., • Fast paced, target driven environment requiring flixibility, multitasking, and proactive problem solving., • Requires the ability to work independently and manage territory effectively.
