Job Description We are looking for a FT highly experienced Customer Service Rep. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE/HYBRID POSITION. The ideal candidate will be: • Central point of contact of multi-location accounts for both customers, • Process and confirm orders and/ or communicate what needs to be ordered, the day they are received, • Set up customers in SAS Encore databases. Prepare and submit new SAS customer set-up information to SupplyOne servicing site in Amtech database., • Submit drop ship, • Confirm product availability and ship dates from each servicing site and communicate effectively to customer., • Maintain and update pricing in customer price list and all inventory tables, • Communicate price changes to servicing sites, • Maintains thorough customer records and communicates these changes to participating, • Resolve customer problems and elevate issues immediately to an acceptable, timely and appropriate resolution, • Monitor customer min/max, open orders, back orders, and inventory levels alerting customers immediately to changes to deliver on time, • Maintain thorough customer records, • Use independent discretion, judgement and decision making skill to achieve quality and performance standards ., • Expedite material based on customer needs, • Accuracy, • Have excellent written and verbal skills, • Professional phone etiquette, • Detail oriented, • Multi-task and work in a face paced envirinment, • Extremely patient (Extremely high volume calls/emails), • Does not get overwhelmed, • Problem solver, • Ability to follow directions, • Help customers with high volume orders and questions., • Responsible for the printing of orders., • Provide detailed information about our product and orders and resolve any issues that customers may have., • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders., • Answer promptly to customer inquiries and to any unclear or missing information on the customer supplied order via email, phone, and online communications., • Excellent customer service is a must., • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment., • Excellent computer skills, • Bilingual a must (English & Spanish)Company DescriptionAt Partners Personnel, we deliver more to every employee and client we serve.
