We’re a Los Angeles-based personal injury law firm looking to bring on a licensed Arizona attorney to join our team remotely. We’re growing and need someone who can jump in, take ownership of cases, and work alongside our team to get solid results for clients. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable handling cases, communicating with clients, and staying organized without needing a lot of hand-holding. What you’ll be doing: • Managing a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or litigation, • Reviewing new cases and helping determine strategy early on, • Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, discovery, and demand packages, • Handling negotiations with insurance adjusters to maximize settlements, • Staying on top of deadlines, case updates, and follow-ups, • Communicating directly with clients so they feel informed and taken care of, • Working closely with our support staff and California-based team to keep cases moving What we’re looking for: • Active Arizona bar license (required), • At least 1–3 years of experience in personal injury (more is great, but not required), • Experience handling cases independently or with minimal supervision, • Comfortable negotiating settlements and dealing with insurance companies, • Litigation experience is a plus, but not required, • Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required, • Strong writing skills (motions, demands, general legal docs), • Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple cases at once, • Someone who’s easy to work with and communicates well with both clients and team members What we offer: • Fully remote position, • Flexible schedule options, • Competitive pay (based on experience), • Consistent case flow, • A supportive, no-drama team environment, • Opportunity to grow with a firm that’s expanding If you’re looking for a solid remote role where you can do good work without micromanagement, this could be a great fit.
