Job Description About Keep Supply At Keep Supply, we're in the business of solving problems — fast. Based in Springfield, Missouri, we're a growing team of people who supply industrial refrigeration parts to customers across the country. When someone's system goes down at 2 AM, we're the ones picking up the phone. When a hard-to-find part seems impossible to track down, we figure it out. That's just what we do. We're rapidly growing — and the reason our customers stick with us comes down to something pretty simple: we genuinely care, and it shows. We operate using Open-Book Management through the Great Game of Business®. That means our team understands how the business is performing, how their work contributes to the results, and how we all share in the success. We are a fast-moving, operationally sharp team built on the belief that great work speaks for itself. We're in the business of supply — and we take that seriously, from the products we source to the people we put on the floor. Our culture runs on six principles: be a pro, give your best, be humble, assume the best, be part of the solution, and best to deal with it. No corporate fluff. No half-measures. Just a team that shows up, does the work, and holds each other to a high standard. At the heart of Keep are a simple Why and Mission that guide how we think about our business, our customers, and our people: Our Why: We believe Keep can be an impactful platform that makes lives better. Our Mission: Be the best part. The Role Keep Supply is investing in a dedicated enterprise sales capability to pursue larger, more complex customer relationships that require a different approach from our traditional sales model. These customers often have longer buying cycles, more stakeholders, more complex commercial requirements, and greater opportunity to build meaningful partnerships over time. The Director of Enterprise Sales will lead that effort. Initially, this will be a highly hands-on role. You'll personally develop and grow a portfolio of strategic contractor and enterprise accounts while helping Keep better understand what it takes to win and serve these customers at scale. You'll work across sales, marketing, customer service, finance, and operations to develop account strategies, shape commercial programs, and build the processes and tools that support a more sophisticated enterprise sales motion. You'll also lead Keep's Outside Sales Manager and Corporate Sales Manager, helping strengthen their teams, plans, pipelines, and performance. Over time, your work will help define the enterprise sales playbook and build a capability that can become a meaningful driver of Keep's next phase of growth. What You'll Lead & Own ● Enterprise account growth: Build and grow a portfolio of high-value contractor, national, and strategic accounts, owning the relationship, account strategy, pipeline, and results. ● Enterprise sales strategy: Help define how Keep identifies, qualifies, wins, and grows complex accounts with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. ● Sales leadership: Lead and develop the Outside Sales Manager and Corporate Sales Manager, with accountability for their teams, plans, pipelines, and performance. ● Strategic partnerships and programs: Work with customers and internal teams to develop commercial structures, programs, pricing approaches, and service models that create value for both Keep and its customers. ● Cross-functional execution: Partner closely with Managed Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to deliver a coordinated experience for strategic accounts. ● Capability building: Develop the processes, account-planning disciplines, qualification criteria, forecasting, and other infrastructure needed to build a scalable enterprise sales capability. How You'll Lead How we lead matters at Keep. We expect our leaders to model the principles that shape how we work together, make decisions, and develop our teams: ● The Student Mindset: Stay curious, open to feedback, and willing to learn. Listen well, seek out different perspectives, and approach challenges as opportunities to improve. ● Extreme Ownership: Take responsibility for outcomes, not just activity. Make thoughtful decisions, follow through on commitments, and step in to solve problems rather than waiting for someone else to own them. ● Stewardship Commitment: Make decisions with the long-term health of the business, our people, and our customer relationships in mind. Balance today's performance with what will make Keep stronger over time. ● Decision Rights at the Edge: Create clarity around who owns what and empower the people closest to the customer and the work to make good decisions. Give your managers room to lead while staying accountable for the overall result. ● People Fanatic: Invest deeply in people. Hire thoughtfully, set a high bar, coach and develop your team, and create an environment where people can do great work and continue to grow. ● Gratitude: Bring perspective, resilience, and a constructive mindset to the work. How leaders show up matters, particularly when things are difficult. What a Week Looks Like This is a hands-on sales leadership role. You'll spend meaningful time with customers, both on the phone and in the field, building relationships with strategic accounts and understanding where Keep can create more value. You'll know where the biggest opportunities are, what it will take to win them, and have a clear plan for moving each relationship forward. Internally, you'll work closely with the broader sales team and partners across the business to turn customer insight into action. You'll lead and coach the Outside Sales and Corporate Sales Managers, regularly reviewing pipelines, account strategies, and performance while helping them develop their teams and strengthen execution. You'll also be building for the future — developing account plans, sharpening how we qualify enterprise opportunities, improving forecasting and pipeline discipline, and continuing to deepen Keep's understanding of the contractor and enterprise market. As part of Keep's Great Game of Business® operating model, you'll participate actively in our open-book management cadence, bringing a clear view of your pipeline, forecast, performance, and the opportunities and risks ahead. Requirements What We're Looking For We're looking for a sales leader who has successfully grown strategic or enterprise accounts in distribution, industrial services, or another contractor-facing business. You understand that winning a large, complex account requires patience, persistence, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to build trust across multiple stakeholders over time. You've also led sales leaders, not just individual sellers. You know how to set clear expectations, coach through real opportunities, strengthen pipeline discipline, and hold teams accountable for results. You take developing people seriously and are comfortable being accountable for outcomes delivered through the leaders and teams you manage. Just as importantly, you're comfortable building something that isn't fully defined yet. You can create a pipeline rather than inherit one, determine which opportunities are worth pursuing, learn from what works and what doesn't, and turn those lessons into a more repeatable enterprise sales approach over time. Relevant Backgrounds Could Include ● National account, strategic account, or enterprise sales leadership within an industrial, building products, refrigeration, HVAC, or MRO distributor. ● Enterprise B2B sales in a contractor-facing or trades-adjacent business with complex, longer-cycle customer relationships. ● Field or outside sales leadership with a strong track record of developing strategic accounts and building high-performing sales teams. ● Experience with the Great Game of Business® or another open-book management environment is helpful but not required. More important is an interest in understanding how the entire business works and taking ownership for how your decisions affect customers, teammates, and company performance. Why Keep Supply ● You're adding a new motion, not competing over an old one. The team's strong and you'll build alongside them. ● Straight line to sales and company leadership. Short feedback loops, real ownership. ● GGOB means you see exactly how your work moves the business, and you share in the result. ● Backed by Kanbrick: frameworks and a peer network of leaders across their operating companies. ● A team that holds the line together, celebrates the wins together, and does work that matters. Benefits Compensation & Benefits We think work should feel good. That means covering 100% of medical, dental, and vision for you and your family, offering unlimited PTO, and building a workplace where people actually want to show up every day. We would love to share more in conversation. Keep Supply is an equal opportunity employer.
