This role will support inpatient Maternal Child Health (MCH) units, including Labor & Delivery, NICU, Mother-Baby, and Pediatrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background with at least two (2) years of Med/Surg and Labor & Delivery experience. This position focuses on staff education, clinical training, and maintaining high standards of patient care and safety. Roles & Responsibilities: • Provide clinical education and training to nursing staff across MCH units., • Develop and implement educational programs for Labor & Delivery, NICU, Postpartum, and Pediatrics., • Support competency validation and ongoing staff development., • Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with clinical standards and best practices., • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff.Skills:, • Strong clinical background in Med/Surg and Labor & Delivery, • Experience in nursing education and staff development, • Excellent communication and teaching abilities, • Ability to support multiple units in a fast-paced environment, • Strong organizational and leadership skills, • Knowledge of clinical policies, procedures, and patient safety standardsRequirements:, • Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience, • Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience (Required), • Valid New York State RN License (NYSED Verified), • BLS Certification (AHA), • Associate Degree in Nursing (Required), • Master’s Degree in Education (Preferred)Additional Information:, • Start Date: 05/13/2026, • Schedule: 5 days per week, • Coverage Area: Labor & Delivery, NICU, Mother-Baby, Pediatrics Please submit your resume to mahin@medcadre or call/text for more details.
