Job Description Neurologist – Bilingual Preferred (Chinese/Spanish/Other) Compensation: $400,000 Annual Salary + Bonus Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Neurologist to join our expanding practice. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive neurological care with a strong emphasis on diagnostic accuracy, patient‐centered communication, and collaborative treatment planning. Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred to better serve our diverse patient population. This position offers a competitive base salary of $400K plus performance‐based bonuses, along with excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough neurological evaluations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic interpretation., • Diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological disorders such as stroke, epilepsy, migraines, neuropathy, dementia, and movement disorders., • Order, interpret, and integrate diagnostic tests (MRI, CT, EEG, EMG, labs)., • Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing patient management., • Communicate diagnoses, care plans, and health education in a clear and compassionate manner., • Utilize bilingual communication skills (preferred) to enhance patient understanding and cultural alignment., • Collaborate with primary care providers, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care., • Document all clinical encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)., • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, case reviews, and departmental meetings., • Option to participate in procedures based on training and interest (e.g., EMG, Botox for migraines/spasticity). Qualifications • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution., • Completed Neurology Residency; Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology., • Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of employment (or ability to obtain one)., • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills., • Bilingual proficiency preferred (Chinese, Spanish, or other languages)., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills., • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative care model. Preferred Experience • Fellowship training (Stroke, Epilepsy, Movement Disorders, Neurophysiology, Headache, etc.)—not required but welcome., • Experience working with multicultural patient populations., • Prior outpatient, inpatient, or mixed neurology practice exposure.
