This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-visibility paid media role where you will be tasked with building a multi-million-dollar Google Ads campaign from nearly the ground up. This role is ideal for a strong hands-on marketing professional who enjoys conceptualizing and scaling metric-driven Google campaigns with a heavy focus on lead generation. It's a strong fit for someone from the client or agency side who has built Google campaigns across insurance, mortgage, lending, warranty, or other aligned verticals. What You'll Do: • Architect, launch, and build a multi-million-dollar Google Ads campaign from the ground up, owning strategy, structure, and day-to-day execution, • Drive lead generation performance through disciplined bid strategy, keyword refinement, audience targeting, and continuous A/B testing, • Optimize landing page experiences and conversion paths to maximize campaign ROI, • Monitor campaign analytics, produce performance reports, and deliver actionable insights to leadership, • Expand the paid media footprint into additional channels (paid social, programmatic, etc.) once Google Ads performance is established, • Proven, hands-on experience building and scaling Google Ads campaigns in insurance, mortgage, lending, warranty, or adjacent verticals, • Deep familiarity with Google Ads best practices: bid strategy, keyword management, match types, negative lists, Quality Score optimization, and A/B testing, • Strong working knowledge of AI-powered Google Ads features (AI Max, Performance Max, Smart Bidding) and conversion optimization techniques, • Experience with landing page best practices and ability to collaborate with design/dev teams to improve conversion rates, • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign reporting tools, • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a lean, fast-moving environment, • Stability and longevity - an established, family-owned organization with deep roots and strong leadership, • Opportunity to own and shape a high-profile paid media function with the CMO and gain full executive visibility, • Potential for Hybrid work environment: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote #LI-RL3 #app
