The Role As an L1 Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for sellers who rely on Goflow every day. You’ll troubleshoot issues, guide customers through workflows, and make sure their operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 procurement specialists, driving efficiency and accuracy in the RFQ process., • Partner with Sales to receive, prioritize, and execute customer and sales rep RFQs., • Manage projects through our project management system (Wrike) to ensure timelines are met., • Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to develop mockups for customer approval., • Source and negotiate with Chinese factories and suppliers, balancing quality, cost, and delivery timelines., • Evaluate and compare factory quotes, including unit pricing, packaging, and mold/tooling costs., • Calculate and analyze shipping costs, recommending the most cost-effective options (DHL, FedEx IE, or ocean freight)., • Apply HTS codes and tariff rates for accurate landed cost calculations., • Deliver detailed, competitive pricing to Sales and customers., • Build and maintain strong relationships with international vendors and factories., • Experience: 3+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management (promotional products, manufacturing, or consumer goods industry experience preferred)., • Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop a team while working cross-functionally with Sales and Design., • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (Wrike preferred) and advanced Excel for cost modeling and analysis., • Negotiation & Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to clearly communicate with suppliers and internal teams., • Detail Orientation: Skilled in analyzing costs, tariffs, and logistics for accurate and competitive pricing., • Asia Sourcing Knowledge: Familiarity with Chinese factories and international logistics strongly preferred.

Job Description The Domestic Customer Support Team handles all aspects of supporting our customers across the US. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for over 75 emails a day in conjunction with 15 to 30 calls., • Clients will be located throughout the world i.e. United States, Spain, Mexico, France, Norway, Japan, Netherlands just to name a few, • Responsible for extensive data entry and acknowledgment of customer orders., • Schedule tool delivery, review for accuracy, and file accordingly., • Handle Data Entry into Excel and SAP B1, • Strong follow up skills are required, • Expedite orders with purchasing to meet customer deadlines for items not in stock, • Customers are end users, distributors, independent and corporate-owned offices, and sales representatives.
