Grow with us. \n The core responsibilities of the role include: Operating MHE including a reach truck and counterbalance truck, loading and unloading, put-away, case picking up to 50 pounds, pallet picking, inventory control, tasking, carrier scheduling \n Position: Group Coordinator Lead – High Lift Operator \n Shift: Weekend Shift \n Hours: 5:00AM to 5:30PM \n Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday \n Pay: $21.75 per hour + $1.75 shift differential – Total hourly rate $23.50 per hour \n Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1-year previous experience operating high reach, previous experience using Manhattan WMS. \n Preferred Qualifications: Previous leadership experience. \n Be part of the world’s largest logistics company! Shape your world. \n Role Purpose: Responsible for supporting and leading specified group of individuals in the warehouse/clerical setting. Provides daily direction and guidance to the work group. Trains new associates in identified work group. Key Accountabilities: • Moving, stocking, staging, and storing products and materials using high lift reach equipment, narrow isle equipment, utilizing electronic wire-guided systems where installed., • Efficiently stock and store merchandise in appropriate areas., • Pull and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact number and types of product is correct., • Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy., • Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards., • Report quality variances., • Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, orderly fashion., • Assist in physical inventories., • Ensure proper stock rotation., • Extend to higher levels than on normal forklift equipment.
