Job Description We have an immediate opening for an In-Office Experienced Family Law Paralegal in our Fort Worth Office. We are passionate about serving clients, and we’ve put a lot of energy into building our “A+ team,” and we are committed to protecting them! Compensation: $60,000+ DOE Responsibilities: • Manage your assigned attorney's calendar to ensure all hearings, mediations, and case deadlines are properly calendared and the, • Work directly with clients to keep them informed of the status of their case, • Organize our case filing systems to ensure all documents are properly sorted and easy to locate, and perform other administrative duties as needed, • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence such as interrogatories, subpoenas, deposition notices, complaints, pretrial orders, legal briefs, and affidavits under the guidance of a lawyer, • Coordinate law office activity, including drafting subpoenas and coordinating with process servers, • Work with lawyers to prepare for trial by conducting research on legal articles, preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, filing motions, and assisting with client meetingsQualifications:, • Direct experience as a paralegal with a minimum of 5 years of family law experience, • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, • Must have strong interpersonal skills and a talent for writing and grammarAbout Company We are known for helping clients come out of an extremely emotional process feeling as though they are a better person, in a better position, and that they had a thoughtful and assertive team behind them that really cared and fought for them.
