Job DescriptionLHH is assisting a downtown Fort Worth big law firm seek a Corporate Legal Assistant. This role will provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys in the corporate section. They will manage document preparation, court filings, scheduling, and client communication. Benefits: • Salary ranges from $60,000 - $70,000 DOE, • Paid Parking, • Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401K after 30 days, • PTO = 20 days (years 1-5), • CareFlite membership (DFW)Requirements:, • Minimum 3 years as a legal secretary, • Typing speed: 65 WPM, • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, pdfDocs, Imanage (or similar), Elite Webview (or similar)., • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment., • Professional communication and discretion with confidential information.Core Responsibilities:, • Draft and edit legal documents, • Handle filing with courts and agencies., • Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel., • Answer phones, screen calls, and manage messages., • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
