Job DescriptionAdministrative Assistant Position Type: Part-Time Schedule: Approximately 24 hours per week Location: Tulsa, OK Dress Code: Casual Attire Pay: $20-25/hr Position Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and self-motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant with a general logistics and shipping background. This role supports day-to-day office operations, vendor coordination, shipping activities, and communication with suppliers and delivery services. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, stay organized without constant supervision, and communicate professionally with vendors and customers. Key Responsibilities • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries, • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and delivery services, • Follow up on parts orders, shipment statuses, and delivery timelines, • Track and provide updates on incoming and outgoing shipments, • Assist with shipping and packaging processes, • Work with carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other freight/shipping providers, • Schedule pickups and coordinate deliveries, • Maintain organized records, invoices, and shipping documentation, • Communicate updates internally regarding order status and logistics activity, • Perform general administrative and office support tasks as neededQualifications, • Previous administrative assistant or logistics coordination experience preferred, • General knowledge of shipping, packaging, and carrier systems (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.), • Strong organizational and communication skills, • Comfortable speaking with vendors, suppliers, and customers by phone and email, • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently, • Detail-oriented with good follow-through, • Basic computer proficiency including email, spreadsheets, and office software, • Dependable, proactive, and able to manage responsibilities without close supervision
