Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Adult Outpatient Therapy Overview We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a collaborative, interdisciplinary clinical team providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to adult clients. This role is ideal for a clinician who is confident working with high-performing professionals and comfortable delivering care in a polished, high-stakes environment. Key Responsibilities • Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to adult clients, including modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed therapy, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS, • Conduct collaborative biopsychosocial assessments to identify client goals across personal, social, and vocational domains, • Perform diagnostic evaluations using clinical interviews, validated screeners, and professional judgment, • Provide both short-term and longer-term therapy within scope of practice, • Assess and treat a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, grief/loss, and adjustment-related challenges, • Participate actively in an onsite interdisciplinary clinical team through consultation, care coordination, case discussions, and referrals, • Support crisis assessment, risk evaluation, suicide prevention, and appropriate escalation pathways when needed, • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field, • Active, independent New York State LCSW license, • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience, • Strong background providing therapy to high-performing adults; experience in corporate or financial settings is strongly preferred, • Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment for common adult mental health conditions, • Proven skills in risk assessment, crisis response, suicide prevention, and mandated reporting, • Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a team, • A collaborative, team-based clinical environment, • The opportunity to work with a motivated, high-functioning adult population, • Meaningful clinical work that emphasizes quality, outcomes, and evidence-based care
