Job Description Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) $105,000–$115,000 Salary Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM On-Call as Needed | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care The ADON partners with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performing nursing team in a clinically advanced environment.
