Job Description Position Summary The Office Lead serves as the primary point of contact for all visitors and plays a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations. This position ensures a welcoming front-of-house experience while maintaining efficient, organized, and professional office operations. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Experience • Greet and welcome all visitors in a professional, friendly, and polished manner, • Serve as the main point of contact for guests, employees, and vendors, • Manage visitor registration, badging, and security access, • Maintain a professional and organized reception area Office Operations & Facilities Support • Support daily office operations and facilities coordination, • Submit and track facilities service requests, • Liaise with building management and vendors, • Assist with office moves, seating coordination, and workspace readiness Pantry & Hospitality Services • Support internal meetings and events with hospitality services and catering coordination Mail & Shipping • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, • Prepare and manage outgoing shipments and courier requests, • Maintain shipping logs and tracking Administrative & Operational Support • Provide general administrative assistance as needed, • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary, • Support special projects and operational initiatives Qualifications & Skills • 4+ years of experience in reception, office management, hospitality, or administrative support, • Will be onsite 5 days a week in the office, • Hours are 9am-5pm, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset, • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment, • High attention to detail and strong follow-through, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, • Experience working in corporate office environments preferred Compensation: The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, and other job-related factors. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): No AI or automated decision-making tools are used to screen, assess, or select candidates for this role.
