At Harbinger, we believe meaningful work happens in an environment where people feel supported, heard, and inspired. We build marketing strategies, but more importantly, we build people. Our team culture emphasizes mutual respect, transparency, growth, and a shared pursuit of excellence. About the Role The Digital Marketing Strategist is a pod-level ownership role within the Digital Marketing Department. This person is responsible for ensuring that a defined group of partner accounts are onboarded correctly, performing effectively, and moving in the right direction over time. This is not a pure execution role, and it is not a middle layer between teams. The right person will identify when something is off, surface issues early, and ensure the right people are addressing the right problems — without needing to be involved in every task. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical judgment with a high sense of ownership. They are organized, proactive, and comfortable operating across multiple accounts simultaneously. They think like an owner, communicate with clarity, and drive follow-through without being asked.
