JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Loan Officer is a seasoned lending professional responsible for originating, underwriting, and closing real estate-backed loans and New Market Tax Credits source/leveraged loans for community facilities such as charter schools, early childhood education centers, and health clinics. This position plays a crucial role in deploying capital that improves the quality of life in under-resourced communities. Primary Responsibilities National Training Center Operating Period and Ongoing Duties at Temporary Warehouse Inventory Management • Maintaining accurate inventory and stock levels, • Understanding the receiving, storing, and shipping of products, • Must be able to handle loading and unloading of trucks and ensuring compliance with safety regulations, • Preparing shipping documents and labels, • Review, inspect and observe all areas of warehouse operations at the NTC for compliance with applicable policies, laws, codes, regulations, ordinances and directives, • Facility crew to fulfill events, meetings, tour and other guest activities, • Processing teams orders, ensuring accurate picking, packing and shipping, • Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including equipment maintenance and safety protocols, • Ensuring all daily mail packages are delivered to the appropriate place, • Other duties, functions, special projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Operations, • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
