Job Description Job purpose The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring warehouse inventory and performing routine cycle counts to ensure that all SKU’s and locations are properly verified and that reported inventory is accurate. Performs additional duties as assigned. Duties and responsibilities • Verifies the accuracy of inventory by cycle counting parts and finished goods on a daily basis (Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items to determine quantity on hand), • Research discrepancies to determine the root cause of the variance prior to reconciling, • Ensure materials are in proper locations.
