Job Description Responsibilities 1. Project production using ACAD/ Revit., 2. Strong knowledge of building codes in NJ and NY. Confident in liaising with building inspectors, planning departments, consultants and contractors, 3. Prepare and issue Design Development and Construction Drawing Sets. Requires a strong understanding of documenting design intent for construction and knowledge of multiple common construction types, practices and materials specific to residential architecture., 4. Coordinate drawings with architectural, engineering, structural, MEP and design team., 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal., 6. Assist with construction administration, RFI responses and submittal reviews., 7. Establish and meticulously maintain project schedules, finish and material schedules and other project documentation. Qualifications 1. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working for a high-end residential architecture design firm., 2. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite., 3. Knowledge of Rhino, Sketchup & Other 3D software a plus., 4. Detail oriented and highly organized. Must have strong presentation skills., 5. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage all aspects of a project., 6. Strong desire to contribute and collaborate with the design team., 7. Associate / bachelor’s degree in architecture.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Tekla Drafter/Detailer with a strong background in structural steel detailing to support the preparation of shop drawings and erection plans. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in Tekla Structures and be comfortable coordinating with engineers, fabricators, and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient detailing. Responsibilities: • Create 3D models and generate detailed shop and erection drawings using Tekla Structures., • Interpret structural engineering drawings, specifications, and design intent., • Coordinate with project engineers and fabricators to resolve detailing issues., • Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (AISC, AWS, etc.)., • Manage drawing revisions and updates throughout the fabrication process. Applicant must be a NJ/NY Permanent Resident who has their own transportation to Lyndhurst on a daily basis.

Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Revit Drafter to support our electrical engineering team in developing accurate and detailed electrical construction documents. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and the AEC industry. HYBRID role. Salary up to $90k MUST LIVE IN NJ!!! Key Responsibilities: * Produce electrical drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD under the direction of engineers and designers. * Assist in the development of power, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage system plans. * Coordinate with other disciplines (architectural, mechanical, structural) to ensure accurate and cohesive design documents. * Maintain and organize Revit models and drafting standards per company and client guidelines. * Create and manage families and templates in Revit. * Implement redlines and changes from design team. * Participate in model coordination meetings and clash detection processes. * Support QA/QC review of drawings and assist in revisions. Qualifications: Required: * Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD (2021 or later). * 2+ years of drafting experience in the AEC industry, preferably with an electrical consulting firm. * Understanding of electrical design concepts such as power distribution, lighting layout, and fire alarm systems. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Preferred: * Associate's degree or certificate in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field. * Experience with Navisworks, Bluebeam, and BIM 360. * Familiarity with NEC and local electrical codes. * Experience with commercial and institutional building projects.
