As we continue to grow, we are looking for a hands-on, experienced Quality Inspector to join our small quality team and take ownership of mechanical inspection activities. This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday, Kearny NJ). Please apply only if you are currently local and able to commute daily. What You'll Do • Perform dimensional and mechanical inspections of machined, fabricated, and assembled components using standard shop measurement tools., • Conduct visual weld inspections to workmanship standards — evaluating MIG and TIG welds on fabricated structures and assemblies., • Inspect brazed joints and assembled hardware per engineering drawings and applicable standards., • Identify and document nonconforming material; support disposition decisions with production and engineering., • Record inspection results accurately in electronic systems and paper traveler documents., • Collaborate closely with manufacturing to catch defects early and provide clear, actionable feedback to operators., • Perform some electro-mechanical inspection activities as needed (cross-training with electrical inspector). Description We are seeking a Lead Transmission Line Engineer who will manage a collaborative and dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment, solving challenging problems involved with electric transmission. The successful candidate will serve as a Lead Engineer and Technical Project Manager on high voltage electric transmission line design projects of overhead and underground systems for some of the largest utilities in the country as well as regional utilities. The candidate will apply NESC, ASCE, ACI, NEC, and other applicable standards in the engineering and design of all types of capital and maintenance projects from 34.5 kV to 765 kV. Job Description The Role: We are looking for a Director, Environmental Permitting, to lead and scale all environmental functions supporting development, permitting, construction, and operations of on-site power generation to support large data center loads across the U.S. You will be responsible for leading all environmental strategy, permitting, compliance, and regulatory interface activities for Scale Microgrids Data Center business, providing executive-level oversight of environmental risk management across natural gas generation facilities, data center infrastructure, and electric transmission and distribution assets. POP Management provides affordable housing to low-income seniors and to those with documented history of homelessness, substance abuse, and chronic mental illness. POP Management oversees and manages 26 senior buildings and 4 supportive residences consisting of formerly homeless adults and veterans. The objective of POP Management is to provide high quality housing that responds to the needs of low-income seniors and supportive populations. STATEMENT OF THE JOB The Superintendent V works as an integral member of on-site maintenance team to ensure safe affordable housing is provided and maintained for tenants who live in buildings managed by POP Management, the housing office of Catholic Charities, Brooklyn & Queens. The Superintendent V is responsible for the management of all aspects of building & facilities maintenance, and, under the direction of the Property Manager, provides task supervision for maintenance staff. The Superintendent V has responsibility for buildings with technological advancements featuring all-electric heating, cooling, and hot water systems, and incorporate resiliency components to create areas of refuge for residents and community neighbors, including back-up generator power for cooling, charging, sheltering in place and other emergency needs.
