We move quickly, expect accountability, and don’t operate with layers of corporate structure. This role is for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and willing to put in the work to understand how we operate and help build structure where it’s needed. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English), experienced, highly organized, and comfortable managing both people and systems at a high level.
