Job Description THIS IS A 6-MONTH CONTRACT WITH THE POSSIBILITY TO EXTEND TO A PERMANENT ROLE. The Performance Marketing Manager plays a central role in the execution and delivery of this leading family entertainment company's marketing campaigns across theatrical, home entertainment, and streaming platforms. This position is responsible for leading advanced analysis, experimentation, and insight development that develop campaign strategies, creative execution, and media planning across key markets. This role also supports seamless coordination across creative production, vendor management, exhibitor programs, and promotional initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and takes pride in turning strategy into impactful campaigns that connect families to films. Key Responsibilities: · Performance Marketing o Own the development and execution of impactful deliverables with data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making across creative, technical, and business collaborators o Drive complex, high-impact analyses to inform the strategic prioritization, optimization, and performance evaluation of marketing campaigns—both paid and organic o Coordinate the design, execution, and analysis of marketing and media experimentation initiatives across U.S. market o Leverage analytics tools to lead in-depth multi-platform performance deep dives and extract strategic findings from digital creative testing across platforms o Collaborate closely with marketing team to provide recommendations for digital and TV media, based on campaign data o Monitor real-time audience reactions across social media, digital platforms, and other feedback channels to identify actionable trends in moviegoing behavior, consumer patterns, and emerging technologies that inform content positioning and media strategy o Lead and deliver high-impact ad-hoc reporting and analysis on focus on KPI’s, theatrical conversion rates, and ROI on ad spend to build tactical decisions and long-term planning within the theatrical landscape o Serve as a thought partner to internal collaborators, helping elevate data literacy and develop a culture of insight-led decision-making across the organization The Performance Marketing Manager will also support the marketing team, as needed, in the following areas: · Campaign Operations & Execution o Oversee timelines, deliverables, and budgets for theatrical, home entertainment, and platform campaigns. o Manage production and trafficking of creative assets including trailers, TV spots, digital ads, and social creative. o Coordinate day-to-day campaign execution with internal teams and external partners. o Ensure all assets are approved, versioned, localized, and delivered on schedule. · Exhibitor & Promotional Marketing o Lead execution of exhibitor marketing initiatives including standee distribution, lobby displays, and on-site activations. o Develop and manage ticket promotion programs with third-party retailers, family brands, and schools to drive attendance and community engagement. o Partner with exhibitors and marketing partners on family events, sweepstakes, and screenings. o Coordinate fulfillment of promotional materials and communication with theater chains (AMC, Cinemark etc.). · Vendor & Partner Management o Source, brief, and oversee select vendors from concept through delivery. o Partner with Finance and Legal to process contracts and invoices. o Maintain strong relationships with exhibitor and agency partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution. · Asset Management & Reporting o Maintain a centralized campaign tracker and our digital asset library. o Collaborate on wrap reports and recaps summarizing performance and learnings. o Support internal and external presentations, sizzle reels, and deck updates with current creative and metrics. Qualifications · 3+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally from a studio in film, entertainment, or consumer marketing. · Experience managing vendors, partners, and complex campaign timelines, preferred. · Knowledge of digital amplification, media performance, and audience insights a plus. · Exceptional organization, communication, and project management skills. · Proficiency in Google Workspace, Airtable, PowerPoint, and digital analytics tools. · Passion for storytelling and connecting audiences through joyful, family-focused entertainment.
