We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Integration Services Manager to help grow our integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow between OncoLens and our clients' healthcare systems. Integrations are an integral part of our go forward business strategy and this role will be working with high-visibility strategic projects and customers. Position Summary The Manager of Integration Services will oversee the integration team responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting OncoLens' integration solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex integration projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure successful system interoperability. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in healthcare IT integrations, project management skills, and a passion for leading a team that delivers high-quality integration services. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Integration Services Manager will oversee the integration efforts implementing, configuring, and supporting OncoLens' integration solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex integration projects, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure successful system interoperability. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience in healthcare IT integrations, project management skills and a passion for eventually leading a team that delivers high-quality integration services. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: • Oversee all integration projects, from planning and requirements gathering to execution and post-implementation support., • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining alignment with customer and business objectives., • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage change and client expectations effectively., • Serve as the voice of the customer in integration initiatives, ensuring customer needs are clearly represented and balanced with technical feasibility., • Provide input on roadmap priorities, backlog discussions, and feature tradeoffs - advocating for customer impact and business value., • Translate integration requirements into clear, detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide engineering work., • Partner closely with the engineering team to design and deliver new integrations, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability., • Collaborate with product management on roadmap planning, while owning the creation of specifications for net-new integrations and enhancements., • Ensure that delivered integration solutions meet quality standards, performance expectations, and customer success goals., • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand integration requirements and design solutions that meet these needs., • Ensure integration solutions align with OncoLens' standards, security protocols, and healthcare compliance regulations., • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing technical support and guidance to the team as needed., • Develop and refine integration processes and best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction., • Align integration project timelines within the implementation timelines and project milestones., • Help grow the integration services team to support our growing integration efforts, • This person must interface with Customer Success Management, Sales, Product teams, Engineering, and Leadership to successfully drive integration efforts across the company., • Bachelors degree or a related work experience in healthcare IT., • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT and/or integrations, • Proficiency in understanding healthcare integration technologies, including FHIR, APIs, and healthcare interoperability standards, Hl7., • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders., • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to lead a team in troubleshooting and resolving complex integration challenges.
