What we're looking for: 2 + years of proven success in B2B field sales, preferably in lighting, energy efficiency, HVAC, or a related commercial product/service. We will consider entry-level Sales staff as well. Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify, and close medium to large scale commercial businesses. Excellent communication, professional presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage a sales pipeline effectively. Highly organized with strong time management abilities. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is a plus, but not must (it helps to maintain efficient field visits), as ome of our Sales staff effectively utilize public transportation.
