Job DescriptionAssistant Property/Facilities Manager Location: Little Falls, NJ (local travel required) Salary: Approximately $85,000 (commensurate with experience) BILINGUAL SPANISH A PLUS We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Property Manager/Faclilies Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of a portfolio of apartment communities. This role is responsible for managing building systems, supervising maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with local laws and ordinances, and supporting overall property performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in both apartment maintenance and residential leasing.
