Job Description Position Title: Program Manager – East Corner Clubhouse Company Description: NAMI San Diego & Imperial Counties (National Alliance on Mental Illness) is a nonprofit organization that provides free education, support services, and advocacy to improve the quality of life of everyone affected by mental health conditions. Primary Responsibilities/Function: The Program Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the East Corner Clubhouse in El Cajon (San Diego) and ensures adherence to program deliverables and effective implementation of the Clubhouse International Model. The Program Manager will oversee business and administrative planning, effective use of resources, staff supervision and development, program reporting, and evaluation of progress towards deliverables. Assure program integrity and fidelity to International Clubhouse Standards, ensuring the highest quality of services are provided. Job Description RETAIL SUPPORT Reports to: Operations Team and Regional Manager General Summary As a Retail Support, you will be responsible for promoting sales growth amongst all sales associates and store. In addition, you will ensure tasks are completed as well as contributing to a vibrant culture based on customer trust, respect, integrity, continuous learning and fun.
