Job DescriptionBenefits: • Competitive salary, • Health insurance, • Flexible Scheduling, • Competitive Compensation Rate: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Responsibilities: • Train and manage employees and assign duties as needed, • Lead team in providing exceptional customer service, • Resolve customer complaints gracefully and with tact, • Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations, • Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management, • Greet guests and manage reservations for daily service, events and holidays, • Close outs and securing building at the end of the day, • Maintain working knowledge of menus, wines, cocktails, and beveragesQualifications:, • High school diploma/GED, additional certifications and training a plus, • Wine knowledge and Bar service, • Previous food service experience, • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software., • Familiar with Toast POS software or similar, • Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure, • Excellent management and leadership skills, • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, • Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
