Job Description General Purpose of the Job: Under the supervision of the Program Director at our Lighthouse location in Queens, NY, the Facility Manager oversees all maintenance, janitorial, and capital improvement projects performed by the landlord, which includes the care, cleaning, and inspection of public spaces within the development such as buildings, grounds, and garbage disposal areas, in accordance with established procedures. ADAPT Medical Professional Services (MPS) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Psychotherapist (Dependent) to join our clinical team on a fee-for-service basis. This role is ideal for clinicians who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered mental health care while working under clinical supervision in a supportive, mission-driven environment. What You’ll Do Under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor, you will: • Provide individual and potentially family psychotherapy services, • Conduct clinical assessments and collaborate on treatment planning, • Deliver services in homes and community settings, as appropriate, • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards, • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment recommendations as needed, • Coordinate referrals to additional clinical services when appropriate, • Comply with all service delivery, billing, and documentation requirements, • Participate in clinical supervision, quality assurance activities, and program initiativesWhat We’re Looking For, • Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently, • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, • Commitment to confidentiality, ethical practice, and professional growth, • Ability to manage multiple cases in a dynamic clinical environmentEducation & Licensure Requirements, • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Child and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related clinical field, • Current New York State licensure (or Limited Permit) as one of the following:, • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), • Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), • Must meet NY State Office of the Professions licensure exemption criteria, where applicable, • Maintain active licensure in accordance with IPSIDD regulationsWork Environment, • Community-based and office settings, • Work may be fast-paced and mentally demanding, • Reasonable accommodations availableWhy Join ADAPT MPS?
