Job Description Robert Half is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Full-Time Engagement Professional (FTEP) team. Typical Engagements Include • Budgeting and forecasting support, • Financial planning & analysis (FP& A) projects, • Variance analysis and management reporting, • Mergers & acquisitions support, • System implementations and reporting enhancements, • Backfilling for leaves of absence or staffing gaps, • Prepare and analyze financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, • Perform variance analysis and provide insights to business leaders, • Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions, • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc management reports, • Analyze revenue, expense, and operational trends, • Support month-end close from a reporting and analytics perspective, • Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership teams, • 3–7+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or FP& A, • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas), • Experience working with large ERP and reporting systems, • Ability to adapt quickly in new environments • 3–7 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or a related field., • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data manipulation., • Familiarity with large-scale financial reporting systems and tools such as Bloomberg Terminal., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset., • Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and work collaboratively with diverse teams., • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations., • Demonstrated experience in financial markets and data analysis., • A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline.
