WIHD, located in Valhalla, NY, is looking for a full time certified Medical Assistant. The CMA or RMA will provide direct patient assistance in an outpatient clinic and on our Medical Van, serving adults with IDD. Responsibilities: • Participates in primary care pre-visit planning by identifying applicable preventative health measures; flagging and following up on overdue labs, imaging, and consultations; acquiring outstanding medical documentation; and managing patient correspondence with the provider and care team., • Documents/scans the following in the electronic medical record for the provider and care team., • Documents the following comprehensive health assessment items for the provider and care team to include immunizations and screenings; medical, familial, and social history including cultural and personal preferences; behaviors affecting health; and advanced care planning., • Assists the provider in the exam room with collection of specimens, gynecologic examinations, cerumen removal, EKG’s, PFT’s, ABI’s, venipuncture, etc., • Provides instruction and educational resources to the patient and/or caregiver under the provider’s direction. Executes proper technique in patient interactions., • Arranges prescription refills, prior authorizations, and pre-certifications as needed., • Efficiently maintains patient flow throughout Adult Health Services. Appropriately cleans and organizes exam rooms for all team patients including replenishing supplies from the storeroom, as well as cleaning and sterilizing appropriate equipment., • Responsible for other activities as directed, as well as covering for other positions when needed (i.e., care coordination, medical records, reception, etc.)., • Participates in quality improvement activities as needed., • Attends all required medical home and Adult Health Services meetings. The Studio Manager is responsible for driving introductory and membership sales, nurturing community partnerships and maintaining all functions of the studio. This is a full-time, on-site position that oversees studio operations to ensure continued success, you will mainly report to the Franchise Owner(s). The Studio Manager should be committed to creating an easy and enjoyable experience for our clients. We’re looking for someone with a passion for community involvement, networking and growing our brand awareness through organic social media marketing. COMPANY OVERVIEW The Vital Stretch is an Assisted Stretch company that helps clients of any age, lifestyle or fitness level move freely and live fully. We have multiple studio locations in Fairfield County, Connecticut with plans to open operations across the US. Our proprietary method is rooted in clinical practice and sets us apart from competitors. Developed by our founders, a Physical Therapist and a Chiropractic Physician, The Vital Stretch Method uses dynamic movement, static holds, and press-and-release (PNR) stretching to provide a gentle, personalized and highly effective assisted stretch. We’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic and passionate person to join our growing team. REQUIREMENTS The Studio Manager must have the ability to convert first-timers into members, nurture client relationships and increase client retention. • 1-2 years of fitness sales, membership sales or equivalent experience., • NASM certification in the Stretching and Flexibility Coach program, • Certification through C-Developers as a lead VSPs, • Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to South Norwalk one-two times per week., • Ability to drive multiple revenue streams, including but not limited to, introductory clients, memberships, retail, add-on services., • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assess a situation and pivot accordingly., • Must be a self-starter, with the ability to independently guide a client through the sales funnel., • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment., • Must have solid written and grammar skills., • Must have some experience managing social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook., • Professional, punctual, and reliable., • Experience with G-Suite and studio softwares such as Club Ready is strongly preferred., • A passion for the fitness industry is a plus., • Attend events both in-studio and in the area, representing The Vital Stretch as both a studio manager and VSP, • Fully trained in the Vital Stretch Method and leading the VSP team with oversight of the Method itself, • Lead generation including GrassRoots Marketing and Networking, • Manage staff schedules, • Assist with Social Media Marketing, • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio, • Monitor studio technology, flagging any functionality issues to the appropriate team member, • Plan and execute local events, • Find new and maintain existing strategic partnerships with local businesses, • Help promote sales by distributing print collateral to surrounding businesses, • Supervise our Sales Associate(s) and Vital Stretch Practitioners (VSPc), • Independently make decisions related to high level customer service, • Enforce our policies and procedures, ensuring all appropriate forms are signed, • Ensure administrative supplies and branded collateral are stocked and displayed appropriately., • Manage appropriate marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio., • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions Pay: $62,000-$67,000++ Benefits: • We have secured area development rights in the NY tri-state area and will develop multiple studios. This position can grow into a GM role very quickly to manage multiple studios and hire studio managers/led VSPs.
