Position • Title: Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager, • Level: Mid-senior, individual contributor. This is not an entry-level position., • Experience: minimum 5 years in influencer, affiliate or performance marketing, • Department: Marketing, • Reports to: Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, • Works with: Senior Marketplace Manager (Amazon and TikTok Shop mechanics), our design agency (creative production), outside creators and affiliate partners, • Location: Hauppauge, NY — on-site, full-time About the role Bronson Laboratories is hiring an experienced Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and run a creator and affiliate program that is measured on sales, not on followers. You will own a budget and a target, decide which partners to fund and which to cut, and report every month on what the program returned. This is a mid-senior role for someone who has already built and run a program like this at least once. It is not an entry-level position. This is a performance role. You will not be the face of the brand or the person shooting content. You will brief, negotiate with and manage the people who do — creators, affiliates, our design agency and content vendors — and you will build the tracking that shows which of them are paying back. Most of our sales happen on Amazon, so the program has to move Amazon and TikTok Shop, not just our own website. You are starting close to zero. There is no existing creator roster, tracking stack or paid-amplification program. The job is to build those in the first six months and show whether the channel works for a 65-year-old vitamin brand. What you will own Program and budget • Build the creator and affiliate program from the ground up: strategy, partner mix, deal structures (flat fee, commission, hybrid, product-only), pacing and monthly budget., • Set and hit program-level targets for cost per acquisition and return on spend. Re-allocate budget monthly toward what is working., • Report monthly to the Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer on spend, attributed sales, partner performance and what you are changing next. Partner sourcing and management • Find, vet, recruit and negotiate with creators and affiliates on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Amazon whose audiences match our buyers., • Run the day-to-day relationship: briefs, product seeding, deliverables, deadlines, approvals, payments and usage rights., • Manage the TikTok Shop affiliate program and the Amazon-side creator programs (Amazon Influencer Program, Creator Connections)., • Cut partners who do not perform and scale the ones who do. Expect a small share of partners to drive most of the results. Measurement • Set up and maintain the tracking stack: Amazon Attribution links, TikTok Shop affiliate reporting, discount codes and tracked links for BronsonVitamins.com, and a program dashboard., • Be clear about what can and cannot be attributed, and report both. Paid amplification • Put media behind the creator content that works: TikTok Spark Ads, Meta whitelisting and similar, within the program budget., • Test, measure and turn off what does not pay back. Content coordination • Write creator briefs with clear product claims, hooks, offers and calls to action., • Coordinate with our design agency and content vendors when the program needs produced assets or user-generated content at volume., • License and route high-performing creator content for use in Amazon listings, the Brand Store, email and the website. Compliance • Enforce dietary supplement claim rules in every brief and every post: structure/function language only, no disease, treatment or cure claims. Pull content that crosses the line., • Enforce FTC disclosure on every paid or gifted partnership. How success is measured The role is judged on the program's numbers, agreed in writing before the start date and reviewed at a six-month checkpoint. • Attributed sales: sales tracked through Amazon Attribution, TikTok Shop affiliate reporting and BronsonVitamins.com codes and links, by month., • Return on spend: attributed sales divided by total program cost (creator fees, product cost, paid amplification)., • Cost per acquisition: program cost per new customer, tracked separately for Amazon, TikTok Shop and the website., • Active partners: creators and affiliates who produced attributed sales in the month, and the share of sales from the top ten., • Content bank: creator assets licensed for reuse in listings, Brand Store, email and paid ads., • Compliance: zero live posts with disease or treatment claims; disclosure present on every partnership. By 90 days: tracking stack live across all three channels, first 15–25 partners onboarded, first monthly report delivered. By 6 months: enough attributed sales data to decide, with the Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer, whether to scale the program, hold it, or wind it down. What we are looking for Required • A minimum of 5 years in influencer, affiliate or performance marketing at a consumer brand or a performance agency, with at least one program you owned end to end and can describe in numbers: spend, partner count, attributed sales, what you cut., • Experience owning a budget and being held to a cost-per-acquisition or return-on-spend target., • Hands-on with at least two of: Amazon Attribution, Amazon Creator Connections or the Amazon Influencer Program, TikTok Shop affiliate program, Meta or TikTok paid amplification of creator content., • Comfortable building and maintaining a tracking setup and a monthly report without help., • Experience negotiating creator and affiliate deals, including usage rights., • Strong written briefs. You can tell a creator exactly what to say, what not to say, and what the offer is., • Organized enough to run 30–50 active partner relationships at once. Preferred • Dietary supplement, wellness or beauty experience, including familiarity with structure/function claim rules., • Experience with an affiliate or creator management platform (for example Levanta, Impact, CreatorIQ, Grin or similar)., • Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify well enough to hand off codes, landing pages and creator assets. What this role is not • Not a social media manager. You will not run our organic channels, write captions, answer comments or chase trends. If an organic presence is needed to support the program, you will scope it and we will resource it separately., • Not a content creator. You will not be on camera or editing video. You brief and manage the people who are., • Not a website or email role. Shopify updates, banners and Klaviyo campaigns are handled by the e-commerce team., • Not judged on reach, follower growth or engagement rate. Those may be inputs; they are never the target. Compensation and logistics • Base salary: $100,000–120,000. Starting salary is $100,000; the upper part of the range is for candidates with a proven record of running creator and affiliate programs at scale., • Performance bonus: target 10% of base, up to 15% for results above the stretch target. The bonus is paid only if the program meets the written results thresholds agreed before your start date. Below threshold, no bonus is paid; there is no partial or discretionary bonus., • Bonus measurement: attributed sales and return on program spend, taken from first-party Amazon, TikTok Shop and Shopify data. First measured at the six-month checkpoint, then annually., • Full-time, on-site at 70 Commerce Drive, Hauppauge, NY 11788. Standard weekday hours., • Program budget separate from salary, set with the Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer before the start date.
