Job DescriptionMedical Biller - Shrewsbury, NJ (07702) Pay: $25-$28/hr. (W2) • Type: Temporary/Contract • Schedule: Fulltime, onsite About the Role We're partnering with a respected healthcare organization in Shrewsbury to hire a Medical Biller who thrives in fast paced revenue cycle environments. You'll ensure accurate charge entry, clean claims, and timely reimbursements while collaborating closely with front office, coding, and payer reps. What You'll Do • Review encounters and enter/validate charges; scrub and submit claims (commercial, Medicare/Medicaid)., • Work payer worklists: resolve edits, rejections, and denials/appeals; follow up on unpaid claims., • Verify benefits/eligibility as needed; reconcile EOB/ERA postings with AR., • Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation in the PM/EHR.What You'll Bring, • 1-2+ years in medical billing (provider or MSO); familiarity with CPT/HCPCS & ICD?10., • Hands on with clearinghouses and common EHR/PM systems (e.g., Epic, Athena, NextGen).
